Starbucks - Arlington Heights

I'm going out of mine to go to this diet, sometimes because I go next door to pick up an salad for my lunch and get a coffee for my breakfast at dieucks. but above all because the people are nice and they make a great mocha.

Quality service! Always an absolute pleasure when the barista is so marvelously friendly

If there are cameras at the window Starbucks can verify that they fail to attach the lid to the drinks and 2nd time in matter of days the lid falls off as I'm grabbing the drink and spills all over me. Eventually, someone ordering a hot drink will be burned.

The staff is great and friendly 9 out of the 10 times I go and I can always trust in the quality of their flat whites, but I have to admit I'm really disappointed with the cold brew quality at this location. It always tasteswatered down and a bit overbrewed. One small splash of cream shouldn't nearly completely pale the coffee and while I understand making cold brew is a bit of a process, this shouldn't be an issue if following standards.

Last time I was at this place I ordered a drink with iced almond milk, well instead I got it hot like a latte . I actually liked it so much, that this time I came in to order this drink and the manager Jacob was yelling at me because I told him that it’s not the same drink. It had mocha in it., and I don't like mocha. I asked to re -do it for a latte with almond milk and he kept yelling at me and being rude, its just a drink no need to be so aggressive! No need for you to jump out of the window to aggressively talking to, especially I told you I will pay for it, but you just kept yelling and acting so aggressive!
