What JenS1066 doesn't like about Sanuki Seimen Mugimaru:
Poor quality on recent visit. I ordered the Beef Curry Udon. The noodles were overcooked. The beef was not in the traditional Japanese style and received essentially some slices from a beef roast with no seasoning. The broth lacked flavor, it was mostly water with a hint of seasoning. Quality used to be so much better here. Will not be ordering from here again. View all feedback.
It was my first time having udon. The broth was simple but flavourful, the udon cooked on point and the beef thinly sliced.
The noodle texture is completely nonsense and poor. This is NOT an udon.
This place is amazing. Best udon you can get in the whole state, I swear. I drive 45 minutes for the Tonkatsu Udon. I would drive more. I would drive to Japan for this food. I would make it work. I would lay my life on the line for this udon. I would sacrifice my first born child for a bowl right now. Do not understand how this place doesn’t have 5 stars, it deserves 7 for the food alone. The guy who’s always there is always very kind and attentive to his customers, and the tempura is consistently good. Highly recommend!
Best udon i’ve ever had!!! literally changed my life, nothing i ever eat will top this, and the tempura is always fresh and super tasty!!!! i always recommend this place!!
Where are they? This was my favorite place at mitsuwa! I love their kitsune udon it's so yummy. They've been closed the last few times we've been here though. I would love to see them open again!
