Rokbonki Japanese Steak House

Long waiting time, very loud, poor customer service. my grandson ordered articles and was brought something else. when we explained that it was not what he wanted, offered no excuse and brought him something else, not what was asked. for both dinners we leave. also had a birthday that was very disappointed when they did not recognize it. We're not going back. with their high prices they also have us from return price.

Chef was personal and experience was pleasant and entertaining. Great service.

After a team building event, the team got here perfectly! Great food, good sound level for casual conversation, fun and friendly.... will do again.

I've been sitting here for years. The service has been out of place since new owners. Too many new chefs and servers that do not seem to like people. The food is good, but the prices are too high for a family meal. Special occasions only for us.

I entertain regularly, and no matter the size group I bring, we get consistently the best fodd, and the best experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
