Qdoba Mexican Eats - Arlington Heights

I'm not sure what changed, but it used to be decent. Now they serve kid-sized portions at full price.

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and always ensured that the shrimp, which is my favorite dish, was fresh.

My husband wanted to try Qdoba, as he had eaten there six years ago. We're not very familiar with Mexican cuisine. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite busy. The woman at the counter seemed to be rushing us and lacked the patience to assist us with our options. Within 30 seconds, she told us to look at the menu board and indicate what add-ons we wanted. We won't be returning to this place again, as we were not satisfied with the service after spending $25 for two meals.

Not really sure what been going on here the last few weeks... i work accross the street and order here on average twice a week using the mobile app.... every one of my orders has had something wrong with it... last time i ordered chips and diablo queso and was given regular.... its all small things but at the end of the day my order is wrong and i dont have time to get it fixed as im on break from work... please figure how to do better again... i went almost a year without a problem from this place.... still better the chipotle though

Love how you can make your own bowl or burrito. Great tasting food better than Chipotle in my opinion. I wish there were locations closer to where I live! Good place all around
