La Zingara Trattoria

We recently hosted our baby shower at this restaurant, and they did an outstanding job accommodating us! They provided a clean, modern private room for our guests, and the food was absolutely incredible. The service was impeccable, and the staff even assisted with the setup and cleanup. We couldn't have been more satisfied!

We ordered dinner on Thursday night, and I asked the owner if they had a sausage and peppers entree. He mentioned that they didn’t, but he offered to make one anyway. It was not only as fantastic as all the other dishes, but I believe it was the best sausage and peppers meal I've ever had. My wife’s pasta was equally impressive, as always. I highly recommend this wonderful Italian restaurant, run by an owner who truly cares about his customers and does an excellent job. We've been dining here for over two years since moving into the neighborhood.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptional, and dining outdoors in an igloo is an amazing experience. It’s beautiful to watch the snow fall while sitting in a heated bubble! The calamari lacked flavor, but the complimentary bread was delightful, and the lobster-stuffed ravioli was fantastic. I would skip the chicken vesuvio on my next visit, as it was rather bland and dry.

The dinner was exquisite! The service was outstanding. I will certainly be back!

The food is excellent, the staff is very attentive, and the atmosphere is great. Occasionally, the live music can be a little loud, but it seems to only happen once a month. Right now, this place has the best traditional crust pizza in Arlington Heights.
