For awhile, the service here was really bad. It seemed as if they could not keep employees... Which is likely a management problem. You're not going to keep good employees if you treat them like garbage. It took forever to get drinks and they were often incorrect. Lately the service has been much better. Ordered a dozen assorted, glazed donuts at the drive thru. Had to reiterate my order several times, because last time they gave me assorted cake donuts that no one at the office ate. Got to the office today and discovered that they gave me a dozen stale,plain donuts. I don?t usually complain, but this is service? Really? This is the last time a waste $16 at this location. I made a mistake on my order by ordering a hot coffee instead of iced and they fixed it without charging me. Very nice staff
I experienced excellent service at this Dunkin! They were really friendly and patient.
A worst Dunkin to visit ever. My first and last visit. I ordered the latte that was showing $3.79 on the menu and they charged $4.29. When I asked, she informed me that the prices got changed and if you have any complains, call my boss. She put just thecoffee and milk instead of espresso. While informing she was very arrogant and informed that you can argue as long as you want,but it is the latte! Paid 5 bucks for the coffee at Dunkin!!!!!

This store gives me a muchmore reasonable amount. That's worth a lot to me.
