I then decided to visit a different location in Rolling Meadows, and to my delight, they asked me how I wanted my Dunkin' Chino. It made me so happy! Good customer service really matters! The staff at the Arlington location needs to learn how to provide better service and understand the importance of taking care of their customers. View all feedback.

I get coffee from here almost everyday with online ordering and the staff is always so kind and super quick. Keep up the great work!
They took my order and then said the kitchen was closed. I felt like they just didn't feel like working. Wasted my time.
I visited this location a couple times recently in the early morning. The chocolate donuts were dry and stale. I tasted like they were a day old. One time, the coffee tasted burnt. On to the next location.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with no cheese and hash browns extra crispy. Bagel had cheese on it and the hash browns weren't crispy at all. Even went inside to try to not hold up drive through. Would not go again
