We only had a great meal. A Beef Basil and a pad Thai. Great service and some unusual details. They removed the last shell from the shrimps, the brown rice had mixed in wild rice and the salad wrap appetizer was perfectly prepared. View all feedback.
Sweet sono restaurant! The staff is great and the food is even better. I recommend it!
What to expect when you come to Sono; a warm and friendly welcome, a table in one of its many small alcoves, private and intimate spaces to share a meal with friends and family, a crisp, white tablecloth and beautiful, modern, funky service. I love above all the different shapes and sizes of bowls and vessels for soups, sachets and sauces; all in pure, bright white porcelain, the large plates and bowls with wide rims are beautiful and classic with a very modern Asian feeling. Ah, the lighting. The pendulum lighting is perfect for the room that accentuates every table with another color light in soft shades of green, blue, purple and red to name some. Floating from any floating light down, the blown glass bubbles in the cylindrical lamps remind me of bubbles that rise to the surface of the water, the restaurant lighting, including the deepened illumination on the ceiling, which slowly changes the shades, very artistic and skillful... very visual, a detail that you can not help but appreciate when you sit at your table, in the concept of lighting and the theater. Once the food arrives, you realize that you are sitting in a five star restaurant with 2-3 star prices, which is a gift from the gods! The food is raised and so beautifully arranged and presented, so carefully and thoughtfully created for your food and aesthetic pleasure. Just plan to take a meal or two, you want to rebuild the experience the next day for lunch. You will find yourself again and again for the excellent service and attentive staff. Five star kitchens, five star staff, amazing sushi cook, beautiful waiter and bar service. I wish I lived in Arlington.
Great seafood! My son and I love this place! Best Sushi Rolls in Arlington

Amazing. Just had a big special birthday meal there. 15+ course (we all lost count) omakase meal and it was spectacular. Eat here at least 1 night a week of not more. I have eaten sushi just about everywhere worth eating in Boston and there are only 3 or 4 places that have the same quality of fish across the board... But you will pay 2 or 3 times as much for those meals. They never have anything that isn't great fish... So if it is in, expect it to be great. Usually some rotating specials of unusual seasonal fish both imported and local catches (really amazing mackerel from time to time). Look at the specials board to see. Go eat here! Keep this unexpected gem going strong!
