I stayed at the hotel next door and I visited the establishment every day. The food was very good; nothing tasted frozen or store-bought. I personally enjoyed the Paloma. I asked the server if it was too sweet, and they said it was, but could bring a side of jalapeños to cut the sweetness. I was surprised that the Paloma was actually PERFECTLY balanced, which made me very happy. Each time we went, we had a different server. All of them were extremely well mannered and made us feel very welcomed. Happy to report that I had two meals there: lunch and dinner. The menus are the same for both meals. The Diablo burger is very delicious; you can taste that the burger buns are made in house and the meat is cooked to perfection. It was a lovely experience dining at Ragtime.
