What Heather Paschal doesn't like about Yumilicious:
The yogurt was good with alot of topping options. However customer service was HORRIBLE! Nobody even knew we were there. We were able to taste test every flavor serve ourselves and wait 5 minutes at the register before anyone came out. “C. A” is really rude. Has no customer service skills. Not sure who let her work by herself. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or hates her job but NEVER coming back. Worst experience.
Love this yogurt many great flavors to choose from and clean will be returning back
Place is dirty, ingredients stale. CASHIER lazy. First and last time going.
Froyo was ok here, in the selections they had working, but the vulgar and offensive music was not. With almost exclusive profanity in a few songs in a row, we mentioned the music to the one employee we saw, and she answered, I didn 't make the playlist ...I mean, really? It 's a frozen yogurt place, and she acted like we were at a club complaining about the DJ. Hard to enjoy dessert with your kids when you need to give them ear plugs to avoid having the talk tonight!
They've been stuck on the same flavors way to longAlso they don't provide sample cups.
