Wingstop - Arlington

The restaurant always serves delicious and freshly prepared food. Additionally, there is an amazing pizza joint next door where you can also get wings. It can get crowded at times, so be prepared to wait, but at least you know your food is always made fresh and not sitting around.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:28 pm, but Anthony claimed they stopped taking orders at 11:30 and refused to take my order. They should update the correct closing time on Google, as it was not yet past 11:30 pm and the restaurant is actually open until midnight.

I had another disappointing experience at Wingstop. I ordered a combo meal with half strips and half wings, but when I received my order, there were only strips in the box. I thought they had forgotten the wings until the person I was with called me and said she had my wings in her box. It was a frustrating situation and to make matters worse, my fries were cold and hard. I had a bad experience with Wingstop before and had promised myself not to try them again, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this second experience was just as disappointing and I will not be ordering from them again.

I work at the hospital right down the road unable to get here until 11:15 and they turned me away over 6 flat wings at 11:19pm 41 minutes before close. So prewarning they turn away customers before close even on small orders. as a health care worker I didn't have access to place an order in advance and tried to call to get through the second I was off and nobody answered the phone.
