Whataburger - Arlington

First time trying Whataburger I ordered through doordash and got my food fast and it was packed neatly and nice the size of the double Whataburger was way bigger than I expected. As soon as I took a bite of the sandwich I was like Mmmmmm Whataburger ittasted so good its so delicious I'll be eating from here more often The fries were hot and crispy and all in all 5 starts can'twait to try other sandwiches from the menu knowing it will be great

I have visited this restaurant twice recently because it is the closest one to me. Unfortunately, both times my orders were incorrect. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were argumentative and rude. The first time, my issue was not resolved, and the second time, it was reluctantly fixed. I am giving two stars instead of one star only because my online order was prepared quickly during my first visit.

I received a bag of food from this restaurant that did not include any napkins. I believe condiments like ketchup should automatically come with any potato dish, and picante sauce should be included with a taquito. It's partially my fault for not checking the bag beforehand, but I still find it disappointing. A fast food restaurant should always provide these essentials in each order. The coke I received was unpleasantly syrupy, making it one of the worst I've had in a while. The food itself was tasty, but it lacked the necessary sauces to complement it.

The one at Mayfield and Watson Rd. was so much better organized than the one by Abrams and Watson Rd. I waited almost 30 minutes just for a single burger at the one by Abrams and demanded a refund. The other one got me my burger within 10 minutes afterarrival and they were just as busy inside and out. The Sweet n Spicy Bacon Burger was awesome!!! Ummmmm

I am a big fan of Whataburger, and it is my go-to fast food option. However, I have been disappointed with this particular location. Despite understanding that shakes may not always be available during the pandemic, I have tried to order one multiple times in 2022 and the shake machine has always been broken. I always enjoy a shake with my burger, but this location has consistently been unable to provide one. It seems like either the shake machines have been out of order for the entire year or the employees are unwilling to make them at 6:30 am. Sadly, I do not plan on returning to this location. I hope this issue can be addressed, as I'm sure many others have experienced the same frustration.
