What User doesn't like about The Point Grill:
The food here is absolutely Horrendous. We ordered the pretzel which tasted like it was microwaved 4 different times and sent back by guest 4 times and we were the 5th guest they pawned it off on. The loaded nachos were equally disgusting. All of the food here is atrocious, it's so bad that it actually requires effort to make food this bad. Other than that it was a good place to meet friends shoot pool and drink, don... View all feedback.
Our waitress was awesome. She had such a good attitude even though it was late at night and the person I was with was asking a million questions about what was on the menu at that hour. She must have told him five times that only fried food was available after 11:00 p.m. but still kept a smile on her face and kept her composure. Atmospheres lacking and I think it's due to the rooms being split up so much. It looks like it used to be a restaurant so there's different sections throughout so it's not a very open bar. Separate rooms for pool another for darts and another for lounging. Bar is small and it took forever to get anyone to notice us to find us a table. Bathrooms each have baby changing stations which is perfect for a bar right? The parking lot seemed awfully busy and congested and there was only one good way to get out but we had to wait for a lineup of people just hanging out with their car in the middle of the lane not caring about holding up the crowd. Cool building on the outside not so much on the inside only fried food after 11:00 p.m. and that wasn't even good. We'll have to go back during better business hours to get a decent meal and make another review. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
Worst service ever!!! We showed up at 1000pm because the hours posted said they were open until 02am. As soon as we showed up we were being rushed out because they were closing and doing last call. My party of 8 ordered our drinks snd told that's all we could get. I am from out of town snd came to this bar because they google said it was open to 0200. We came to this bar to celebrate my friends Commissioning to become an Officer in the United States Navy. I was prepared to drop $1500 plus a $500 tip....and yet we were rushed out. Not to mention the bar tenders were some of the rudest people I have ever met. I still tipped the $200 0ff a $100 something dollar bar tab because that's who I an. But. I will say this....I will never spend any money in this bar again, and will tell all my Navy buddies the same. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
