Tgi Fridays South Arlington

The food was not served hot. The table was filthy. The service from the server was extremely poor.

We decided to go to this restaurant for Mother's Day this year, but we were very disappointed with our experience. Despite having a reservation, we were not greeted for over 25 minutes and it took almost an hour for us to receive our food. Our server was friendly, but he seemed overwhelmed and was not very attentive. The Manager was not assisting the servers and was unable to address our concerns about our experience. As someone who has been a customer at this location for over 23 years, it is clear that the current operations are not up to standard and this store should be closed.

After expressing our dissatisfaction with the service, the manager half-heartedly attempted to address our needs. When my husband complained that his pasta was cold, she dismissively said she was just asking about the flavor and walked away. Most of the food at our table was cold or greasy, including the all-you-can-eat shrimp which was disappointing. Getting more shrimp took forever and the bill was incorrect and took a long time to correct. We had to argue to get any sort of discount. Overall, the experience was so bad that I hope corporate sees this review and takes action. It's not surprising that the restaurant was nearly empty on Mother's Day. They clearly do not prioritize customer service, and if they are this terrible on the front end, it's concerning to think about how they handle the back end of their business.

I experienced almost no wait. The staff were very helpful and the food was cooked perfectly. My server, Preniece, was a beautiful woman with a great personality and great work ethic. Where other servers at other places might just stand around not doing anything she was busy carrying cleaning and doing whatever she could do and still was a great server. I got the potato skins, long Island iced tea and dragon salmon and all were great. Will definitely come back.

Albuquerque no longer has one where we live haven't had Fridays in a long time I loved it we had a blast food was delicious but tasted different the shrimp batter is different than what it used to be here overall it was good
