Okay. It's Taco Bell. Food is always delicious. Nothing too exciting. But this place has consistently the best crew from any fast food location where I was. Always friendly and professional every time of day or night that I hit the ride thru. Whatever you do, stop it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I just stopped by and ordered a Mexican pizza to go. When I opened the box at home, I found long black hair embedded in the cheese. I will never eat there again. View all feedback.
Eventually, the shift manager stepped in and managed to get me a receipt from the front register. Another issue I had was that they rounded my total up to an even amount without asking if I wanted to donate to their Taco Bell fundraiser. While I have nothing against donating to charity, I believe customers should be consulted before any extra charges are added to their total. The reason I needed a receipt is that I previously had an experience at another fast food restaurant where they refused to give me a receipt at the drive-thru. A few hours later, I received a warning from my bank about an unusual purchase, as my credit card number had been stolen and misused. I just want to highlight how easily criminals can access your account information, even without the full credit card numbers being displayed. This review specifically reflects my experience at this restaurant and does not pertain to any other locations. I enjoy Taco Bell, but I’m not likely to return to this particular place.

If you come in, they do not confirm you and they do not want to check you, they force you to use the kiosk to order. Which people take forever because they do not know what they do or need help. This should be optional if you do not want to serve customers... Just nearby. If I wanted to join myself, I would apply for a job.
You have to place your order on a touchscreen device. I intended to pay partially with my card and partially in cash, but that isn't allowed. It created a bit of confusion, and the staff seemed to think I hadn't paid because they couldn't find the pending transaction. However, my bank statement clearly showed that the payment went through.
