Subway - Arlington

This place is the worst. they apply new sandwiches and they order online or the app then pay. when they pick up the sandwich, they don't even have to tell them they didn't have the stuff. they're baiting. then, when they call them, they act like my fault and refuse to make it right for the customer. they don't care.

Love this place for a stay open an additional hour compared to other nearby subways. also the staff is always fast and friendly

My man and also my son always complained about the sublett site of albertsons. they said they always had his sandwich wrong. I thought he was exaggerating, so I'm in the subway club and ordered. please see pictures for my order. since I ordered later in the day to eat isaid please put sweet in a seperate container. instead they place random veggies on each sandwich. I noticed that all these bad reviews are so bad training in the last 2 years. also Mgr said if he had done that he would have to charge me for an salate. Why? only for the container. they can not only customer vanillas for them crazy people. they asked for the number of the loading owner, many others to speak out. will see if they call.

We ordered pickup through the app. The order was wrong. There was nothing left off the sandwich but stuff was put on both that was only supposed to be on one. This is the 3rd time we’ve been to this one and the 3rd time that our order was incorrect. The last time we came the bread tasted old and not fresh at all. We’re done with this location even though it is the most conveniently located for us.

Went there waiting in line For about 10 minutes with 3 employees , Having all their focus on a oven problem Knowing that they have A-line of customers there should be one chief and 2 Indians I think. took 15 minutes to get my 2 sandwich order ,let's improve guys.
