Sonic Drive-in - Arlington

Initially, they took my order, but when my food arrived, it was completely wrong. I pressed the button for them to correct it, and when they brought my order back, it was still incorrect. Do they not care about sending out the right orders? Clearly not. I even had to ask again because it was wasting my time.

This Sonic location is really disappointing. It's dirty, and the staff seems unprofessional. I placed my order and waited for 20 minutes, but when I pressed the button to inquire about it, the response was just silence. After waiting even longer, I pressed the button again, and a third employee came out to ask about my order. They said they would check on it, but the service here is unbelievably slow. The work ethic of the staff leaves much to be desired.

Terrible customer service! It took over 40 minutes to get 3 drinks. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, the staff got angry and told me I should be able to wait for a few simple drinks. Meanwhile, inside the restaurant, they were just chatting instead of working, and many cars were still waiting for their orders. I would not recommend this Sonic.

This restaurant really stands out for some reason. The staff are strikingly beautiful, and the managers are fantastic—always ready to assist. Even the male staff are quite handsome. It's quite rare for my dogs and me to miss our daily ice cream treat together. We always make it our last stop on the way home, every night.

Overall, the food was quite good. The drinks are usually fantastic; if you haven't tried them yet, they're definitely worth it. They offer low-carb and low-calorie options, including sugar-free choices, which I really appreciate. Personally, I love that they have Sprite Zero available. The ice cream and milkshakes are incredible, and their Red Bull slushie is genuinely impressive!
