Sonic Drive-in - Arlington

I'm not sure what has changed in the past two years, but every drink I've ordered has been disappointing. I've either received the wrong order or the taste has just been off. I still haven't found a really good lemonade or cherry lime anywhere. The cherry coke tasted like a mix of flowers, and the food had an unpleasant odor and greasy flavor. I try to avoid these kinds of foods, but after a day of disappointment or indulgence, I find myself missing those traditional flavors I loved years ago.

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The server who took our order seemed inexperienced, and it felt like they were struggling to get it right. Our food took a long time to arrive and wasn’t fresh at all. My meal was practically inedible, and my fries were undercooked. My partner ordered a chili cheese coney, which tasted old and stale. I'm really disappointed.

I have three Sonics nearby, but I always choose this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. They always greet me with a smile. If customer service were like this everywhere, I'd have a lot fewer arguments every day... lol!

The restaurant was quite busy during lunch, but there were plenty of parking spots available. We ordered a cheeseburger, hamburger, hot dog, grilled chicken wrap, and tater tots using the menu screen. The process was straightforward, and the food arrived quickly. Our server was very friendly, which added to the experience. This was my first time trying the grilled chicken wrap, and I really enjoyed it. Overall, I have no complaints!

Amber is handling everything on her own this chilly morning, and she's doing an amazing job! She definitely deserves a raise!
