What User doesn't like about Sfoglina Rosslyn:
Tastes like legit homemade pasta but with a flair; not traditional. Pricey for the small portions they serve. Don't expect to order only an entree and be full. You'll need to add the soup, salad, antipasto, and dessert for that. Also, not a fan of having to pay in order to make a reservation. They'll refund it up to 24 hours ahead of the reservation, but they're very difficult to get a hold of on the phone in order t... View all feedback.
Maddie was our waiter and she was very nice and knowledgable about the food. She helped my friend replace her salad's dressing. The salad originally had too much blue cheese. The chery dressing was awesome and fresh. It got a little cold inside at dinner.
Simply wonderful. Me and a buddy did the pasta experience and while very intimate for two friends in can hold up to six and the experience made it all worth while. We had a great conversation over wonderful food. This is a new concept they are trying and the Rosslyn team is nailing it. Go today and try their pasta experience.
We found out about Sfoglina from searching Michelin Bib Gourmand awardees online. Bib Gourmand is the Michelin award that emphasizes ?value for money? award and that great food doesn?t have to come with a hefty price tag! We were in. I discovered Sfoglina when a friend gifted me a birthday cake from there. As a self-proclaimed cake connoisseur, their chocolate hazelnut cake is one of the best I've ever had. I absolutely adore Sfoglina! I had the opportunity to dine in a few months ago on Christmas Eve and tried a variety of pastas, with the squid ink being one of my favorites. The desserts were also amazing, especially the hazelnut chocolate cake. The restaurant itself is lovely and definitely at the top of my list for dinner locations. I plan on returning frequently.
Delicious. Portions could have been larger. The pasta with smoked mozzarella was flavorful and filling. Highly recommend the warm rosemary bread appetizer with whipped ricotta. Tiramisu is delicious. Good service. It was a little loud where we were sitting, but a nice atmosphere.
