I was impressed for my first experience. The garlic noodles were really good. I order the combo, but the 2 proteins were low in the amount. Maybe if there were more of it on my plate, I would have enjoyed it more. My two employees didn't cost their meals when they announced that the fish and shrimps were landing. This place was recommended to my husband unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. I chose mild spice level it was very spicy for my taste. The Cajun fries were hard. My son did not like his chicken tenders. The RC Kick was not what I expected and it was was not mixed properly. They just chunked everything in a bag and did not mix. View all feedback.

Red claws crab shack is the best seafood spot around. You can literally order anything on the menu, and it's gonna be good. They season everything evenly and perfectly ?? Highly recommend!! Oh yeah, you have to get the garlic noodles. It's a must. You go and let me know if I'm lying.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately I nor my large party was impressed. First, our table didn’t get a waiter or waitress. We had a party of 14. They charged an automatic gratuity of 10% and then asked for more tip but I’m trying to figure out who am I tipping. There were no waters given to our tables, refills, or clearing of empty plates. You ordered at a window and they brought the food to your table. No one came to check up on us or anything. We had a cake to eat after dinner and asked that they clear our tables of the baskets and bags of crawfish and no one came. I asked again and still no one came. The food was OK. But the service or lack there of made me not to want to return.
Red claw is a good experience each time I go. It’s was crowed as usual but the atmosphere is good and you’re not waiting an extensive amount of time for your order given the amount of people there. I had gumbo for the first time there and it was pretty good. We had to wait a little for the main course.
