Contribute FeedbackVisiting this restaurant for Mother's Day, we found the garden setting to be nice and the hostess accommodating. Despite some delays in food service and cold coffee, the overall environment was pleasant. While the ambience and drinks were enjoyable, the entrees were disappointing with overcooked and dry dishes. The slow food delivery left us waiting for 45 minutes for our food, which was all overdone. Despite the friendly but slow service, we ultimately decided to dine elsewhere. However, the grilled chicken Caesar salad received high praise, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The American menu offered good options such as wings and burgers, but cold fries were quickly replaced. On another occasion, the scallops and filet with short ribs received high marks for both taste and presentation. The restaurant's relaxed atmosphere and delicious, locally sourced food combinations made for a delightful dining experience. Although some service delays were noted during a Sunday afternoon visit, the overall experience left us looking forward to returning to sample more of the menu.
Service is just as important as food and beverage quality.
Service is beyond poor, Awful better fits. The ENTIRE Staff at the restaurant and Hotel including General Manager should go for some Customer Relations classes.
Nice place and expansive menu, but I've walked away disappointed from the last two dinners experienced here. Apps - Onion Rings - regular, greasy goodness.
Yesterday's Sunday brunch was wonderful. The steak and eggs were great, served withpotatoes and whole grain bread. The coffee was excellent.Service was attentive and friendly. The tables in the garden made a great place forconversation amid greenery.
We love this restaurant...love the wait staff and the food is unique and delightful!
