It's one of my favorite coffee shops because they emphasize brewing techniques rather than simply using quality beans (though they do have great beans here). The espresso drinks are superb—unlike some other shops in the area, which often prioritize milk flavor over coffee. However, the true standout here is the pour-over coffee. They experiment with their methods, and you won't easily find this level of creativity outside of a YouTube video. The staff is very friendly and loves engaging in conversations about coffee. Plus, the shop itself has a charming atmosphere.
