What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
If you order the ultimate Speck Cheeseburger, you would think they would put more than one piece, but noooooo. This place threw me out of my bacon twice. The food was fresh. Food: 2/5 View all feedback.
Rude employees. They sound very unhappy to be at work and don’t care or they’re high that’s why they mumble and are slow. They pick and choose what they are serving and to who. The person in front of me ordered a shake but when I ordered one after waiting in line for 30 mins they said they weren’t making shakes. Then my husband found a hair in his food. All around bad service.
Do not purchase food from this restaurant! I waited in line for 25-30 minutes only to receive some awful tacos that I regretted buying. They were extremely greasy and falling apart, with some missing lettuce. They were disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This was a terrible experience. It's the second time I've had a bad experience at this place. They served me popcorn chicken that was as hard as rocks. They forgot my chicken nuggets, my straws, and didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for the receipt inside the store, they kept saying they had packed my chicken nuggets, which wasn't true. I checked twice and they checked as well, but they were very rude about it.
