I often visit this restaurant in the mornings to get coffee and breakfast before work. I have never had any issues with the food or wait time. I want to give a shout-out to the older Asian man who works there. I lost my credit card at the restaurant, and he kept it safe until he recognized me and my usual order at the drive-through a week later. I am grateful for his kindness. View all feedback.
What Cantu doesn't like about Burger King:
The Asian man who took my order at this restaurant rushed me and did not listen when I said it was for here. He placed my food in a bag as if it was to-go, with my fries thrown in upside down. I requested napkins, salt, and onion rings but none were provided. There was also no ketchup in the bag, which I believe should be offered without having to ask. I typically don't write reviews, but I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed she didn't have my order, even though I showed her proof that it was placed. She refused to look into it and instead told me to drive to the front. When she finally brought out my order, she flipped me off. The food was cold and unappetizing. This manager is definitely not fit for her role. I will not be returning to this location. I would rate the food a 3, service a 1, and atmosphere a 2. I would recommend trying the onion rings.
This restaurant is terrible. The Italian chicken dish had more bread than chicken, and the cheese sticks were dry and old. The restaurant is not open most of the time, which affects the freshness of the food.
The restaurant does not stick to their posted operating hours, and it appears that the money spent on renovating the lobby may have been a waste. Service was rated 1 out of 5.
The server who took my order was very attentive, ensuring that I knew exactly what I was ordering and confirming each item to make sure everything was correct. It's something you don't always appreciate until you get home and realize your order was wrong. I have had mistakes happen before at this restaurant, so I appreciated his thoroughness this time.
