Boston Market - Arlington

I paid nearly $20 for a small portion of turkey that had no good flavor at all. The filling was also unappetizing and served as one of the two sides. This was a strange experience and I will not be returning. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

The gravy had a strange taste, almost like dirty water. The manager, or possibly an Asian female employee, was not dressed appropriately with her shirt half-unbuttoned, wearing a sports bra, and sweatpants in the main lobby.

The food is okay or at least what I had. Ots is kind of old. It was the service that was so amazing. She was the sweetest young lady who loves her job. I'd go back to see her. Food: 4/5

Eating was really just okay. At least mine. Now the young lady behind the register was so nice and friendly. Before we left, we went to her and told her that she was one of the best customer service personally, we just got amazing! Food: 4/5

They keep their posted hours of operation, unlike some of the other locations. My late husband loved their soup as it was easy for him to eat after chemo. Now my children ask for it when they don't feel good. I called ahead, it was ready and waiting. Staff here is so sweet. Doesn't matter that I live on thebwest side of Arlington, I'll ALWAYS come east to this one. Thank you for hard work, even in the late hours.
