Beautiful and large room, great value, easy to reach from kent, wa. close to shopping! saw staff sanitary around the venue often and everyone was very nice. eating was great in all the restaurants where we ate. we loved the option in the room menu. loved the non-smoking! there's only one missing and that's a spa!

Absolutely the best staff anywhere! Happy helpful, friendly. Made us feel like we were important to them. And the food was excellent. If you go there you absolutely must get one or more of the pastries at The Grind. Phenomenal!

I wanted to let people know how good the food is at this steakhouse. I ordered steak and a loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked well done' and had the pepper blue cheese crust. Very tasty! For dessert, I had the Great Gatsby' which was basically a strawberry mousse with added topping (which is a pleasant surprise). With my Player's Club card, I got 10% off the total bill. The wait staff were attentive and friendly they made sure to stop by our table often to ask if we needed anything more.

My husband and I have watched this casino grow from the time it is open to present day it’s one of the best casinos to go to in Washington. It’s are go to place for a birthday anniversary and just a quick vacation the hotel is wonderful. We stayed at the hotel for about the 6-7 time and last night was just as great as the 1 st stay. From front desk staff to room readiness and very clean and I NO CLEAN (retired executive housekeeping management) so we will be back! And dinner was good and had more fun at the slots didn’t win there but a quiet room and a very comfortable bed and pillows made up for it. Thank you for the best time in the middle of the week.

I wanted to repost about my comments j made tk the casino earlier this year. My visit this time they actually came to me and wanted to see how I’m doing and talk to me about my situation and my gambling problem. Which was fantastic. The fact they did that shows me that their is a reason why this place is the best casino around. Not one other casino would of done this. Snd I can get mad when I lose a couple grand. The other casino would just kick me out and bar me. Angel did the exact opposite. They stepped to me and asked if I needed help that was amazing.
