No matter how many times you report the problems, they never fix them. They always send the wrong order, forget items, and give the wrong drink. It is time for the city of Los Angeles and corporate headquarters to address these issues with this franchise. Additionally, they do not honor coupons. View all feedback.
The food was all fresh and hot. So happy they put honey, hot sauce and ketchup in the bag.
Everything was great! We ordered the 16 piece chicken, half spicy and half regular, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We really enjoyed our meal.

Half of the items were missing and the buns were completely burnt.
