Drive-thru lines can be lengthy. If your order is fairly large, you may be asked to park and wait an extra 10-15 minutes.

The employee told me they had orange juice, but when I reached the drive-thru, the woman gave me a Sprite instead and said they don’t serve orange juice after breakfast. I then called the location, and an employee answered saying their machine wasn’t working. It seems like three employees were unsure whether they had orange juice and ended up giving me Sprite. The customer service was disappointing.
