I had the beet salad, falafels, olive tamponade, potato au gratin with bernaise sauce, quiche with zucchini, and a green salad. It was was all flavorful and the beet salad was the best I've had. I don't know how they make it so crunchy. My friend had the littlest raviolis du dauphine which were delicious. Paired with a local Arles organic cider which was also good. The waiter was very nice and helpful. They have been in business for 19 years.
