The food was great --... read more We were curious why an Asian restaurant would be at the top of the TripAdvisor list in Arles, but weren't after having dinner at L'Apsara. The food was great -- spring rolls, tempura, caramelized duck, shrimp ... Asian food at its best in our opinion. Service was very friendly and professional. Definitely a place to go if you like Asian food and are looking for a change from the French and Italian restaurants that predominate.

Handmade, delicate sweet shrimp dumplings, delectable Vietnamese salads, pad Thai authentically made showcasing all the little nuances desired and curried chicken with an interesting mix of curry and lemongrass all proved this restaurant to be worthy of a five star rating!

Although it was a little different from the local taste I had during my trip to Vietnam, I enjoyed the pho, and since the portion was small, I should have ordered a larger version.
