The food seemed to be of very high quality but I found some ingredients, especially the ones like salmon, to be too cold. Maybe it was not the best day for this kind of food, maybe it's always like this. I think both. I was impressed by the quantity of premium ingredients in my bowl. They usually fill them with a lot with rice while only putting a pinch of things like salmon or wakame or avocado. In my bowl there were instead plenty. It made it much richer than I thought! Salmon seemed to be very fresh. Personally I prefer the places where they marinate it as otherwise the taste disappears a bit when mixed with the rest. This is especially true considering how abundant the topping of wasabi mayo was. I would usually prefer more than what other places would put. Here I found it it crossed the line to bee too much and suffocate a bit the rest of the tastes. Service was kind efficient, which I always love. I also loved that they have a small garden at the back of the place. So while this is still a small takeaway that allows quick dine-ins, one can enjoy their food in a space that looks pretty nice.
