Very kind staff. They’d get 5stars. Sadly, the food was forgettable. I had a green salad and the dressing was surprisingly sweet. I already knew it comes with green apple but I didn’t expect the dressing to be that sweet. It also came with candied sesame crunch, which I could separate but still. Overall a disappointment and not good for anyone metabolically-conscious (greens and non-starchy food before the main course). I wish I sent it back but the greens and apple were very fresh so I kept eating it and trying to shake off as much of the dressing as possible. Moussaka was decent. They also gave me a shot of ouzo with OJ which was actually tasty. Service: 4 Location: 5

Amazing restaurant with a view over the water. It's not gourmet food, but really great local food, contrary to many of the surrounding places. They are really focused on service, and even though we came with no reservation, they immediately gave us a really nice table for 4, even though we were only two. Anything we asked for was possible, and every waiter we talked too really wanted us to have a great experience. We had picked the restaurant ahead of time, but even if we haden't, and was walking down the street randomly, there is no doubt on where to eat. Every restaurant we passed on the way there (maybe 50) were almost empty, but Nostos was 3/4 full and filled up fast after we got there. When we walked back, all those places were still mostly empty. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area. Service: 5 Location: 5

Went here because of the excellent reviews. It's okay but nothing special... How the 5 out of 5 stars come together with thousands of reviews is questionable... Service: 3 Location: 3
