Chick-fil-a - Arkadelphia

Delicious food and excellent service! After a long drive, this was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

This isn't a genuine Chick-fil-A. Although it claims to be open, it's actually closed and seems to be located within a college campus.

I work at Ouachita Baptist University (OBU) for a well-known restaurant chain on campus, and it's excellent and very convenient.

TL;DR This is a college Chick Fil A. You 've gotta take what you can get. 5 stars from the student 's perspective of thank goodness we have a Chick Fil A on campus! 4 stars if you are a visitor, for these reasons: Prices are higher than youraverage CFA in order to compensate for students making purchases with their prepaid ID cards. The food is often not as freshas your average CFA. Instead of being served directly, the food is placed into a bin from which students grab the food theywant. Service is far slower during rush hours than your average CFA. The quality and taste isn 't quite up to par withstandalone CFA locations.

I recieved a reheated chicken sandwich went back and asked for a fresh broped one and was told I could not get a fresh cooked chicken sandwich I received a chicken sandwich that was newer than the one I had before but not fresh I was offered no refundonly received a free chicken sandwich because they could not run my card.
