What User doesn't like about Arby's:
Ordered 3 Buffalo chicken sliders. Had to pull around to wait for fresh! NOT FRESH AND WAS HARD!! Had to be thrown away. Called in but got a female with a BAD ATTITUDE!! I stopped in at the drive through tonite several employees inside but couldn't get anyone to take my order. I guess the employees sitting around taking a break and Arby's has made enough on sales for the day. I don't know how it stays open either the drink machines are broken or the employees don't want to take orders from outside. Will be awhile before I return.
I really love Arby's, and I heard they're going to be tearing down the only location in Arkadelphia, AR. Here's my review: Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

This store is completely unprofessional and has no idea how to serve the public. I would fire every single employee for they have no idea how to do they're job or how to talk to the customers!!!
