It was really good at the beginning. Today they had the audacity to say that the order was ready, after almost an hour that I made it, another hour passed, and nothing on the order. They didn't even enter WhatsApp to answer what had happened, if I could still expect it to come or something. This is disrespectful to the customer, which I ask several times in the establishment.
