Hôtel Campanile Argenteuil

In one word, the hotel is a disaster. From the begining, the workers were disinterested. Then, the room, itison dirty, all stained, bathroom, toilet bowl wobbly, no brush, sink faucet wobbly, no bathtub, but a shower with tiles. The highlight of it all, on the first evening around 04:00, water started leaking from the ceiling as if from a faucet, whether from the fire system, or the installation, and that dripping lasted for the three days we were there. To be honest, they offered us to change the room, but since we were only coming to sleep, because we were in the city all day, we didn't want to be harassed. When we checked out of the hotel, we were charged the amount reduced by 50%. Now, I'm writing all this because of what happened afterwards. We thought it was a discount because of all the failures regarding the room, and then we got a notification that the hotel is trying to charge us through Booking, be careful now THE FULL AMOUNT what we already paid when checking out!!! So not a discount, but 50% more than the amount we reserved! Fortunately, we recorded and photographed everything and have it documented! I avoid giving bad reviews, it's a job for people, but here I had to! Avoid this hotel in broad strokes. If I could give a lower rating, I would give ZERO!

Bad location nearby highway. Public transport is 20 30min from the hotel. You need the buss and Subway to get into the Center. It's about 10km away. And it takes almost a hour to get there. A cab will cost just about €50, . Has not a nice environment. No shops at all or even a supermarket! Small rooms without safe or refridgetor. Television has only French channels. The only plus was: they change sheets and towels every Day!

I stayed here several times on business. never satisfied with this hotel.. even they do not changed the room or fix the room which has problem with security. (door possibly opened without the key) and many things such as electricity, lift, and so on. this hotel never recomendable at all.

Not great, not terrible. AC not working, cleaning ladies keep coming to your room, they slam the doors shut everytime. Rooms are tight. Breakfast ok, bed and shower ok.

It's was good experience but one things i would like to mention the pillow wasn't soo cleaned abd Also the breakfast is little expensive and there wasn't someone to see look after. What things are finished or less. They must to improve that. By the way it's good to stay there
