Friendliness and excellent service for this general assembly

Coming for a moment at two we left on the 7-course service. In fact it's a little long, but it was appreciated at each bite, even if necessarily some dishes stand out. Take the Saint James, excellent!

I allow myself to give my opinion because I read a comment 3/5 and I wonder how one can afford to only put 3 to such an establishment...! From the welcome to the end of the meal, everything is absolutely perfect! Let’s start with the reception and room staff, everyone is welcoming and professional. Small extra point for the boss and the room leader, who always have a small word, explanatory or friendly during the meal. We had taken the chord and wines, the sommelier, presents his wines with passion and precision. Then the meal ... the first word in mind is: perfect! On the contrary, we found that there was not too much taste in the plate, but that the tastes were extremely well worked and treated. The chef and his team deploy knowledge and mastery on his dishes rarely equal. Bravo and thank you for this magical moment, if you like the right tables, don’t hesitate! The best star of bass Normandy!!

I will rather note the food and not at the hotel because I did not stay at the hotel, for my part, the welcome was very nice staff by counting too much mix to my taste... not much diversity at the level of fish unlike the choice of meats. nice place, clean, high service...
