It is driven by a hard-working pair that brings her life into the food and environment of La Bartavelle, which you can taste easily on food. The dishes are complex, both in taste and in combination, with perfect balance between all ingredients. All ingredients are grown locally, which explains the staff together with the description of the dish how it is served. The restaurant is still wonderful. The interior is carefully selected and designed to create an environment that feels like at home, and at the same time in a chic restaurant. Most wines on the wine map are organic natural wines, which are usually difficult on other restaurants due to their small production and yet tasteful. If you are ever in the area, this restaurant is almost obligatory to visit!
