We had just arrived after a long flight and dr... read more This was an amazing and totally unexpected find in a hotel. We still can’t believe our good fortune to dine here. We had just arrived after a long flight and drive and almost opted to just retire for the night. After 10 days with which to compare our experience here with other meals on our trip, this place wins hands down. The service was excellent, the wine wonderful and the food outstanding in every respect. It was perfectly prepared and presented in an artistic fashion. The appetizers included a cannoli like cheese filled preparation. I had the veal steak special, wonderful. The food was so wonderful we went from being almost too tired to eat to having dessert. So glad we stayed with eating. The cheesecake was unique with three samplings, each was terrific. We will stay again at this hotel just to dine here again. Keep up the work and training that makes any organization achieve great results.

T... read more We were the traditional lazy couple tired of a long day of travels and thought that finding a restaurant and driving would be another hassle we weren't up to. This restaurant surprised us with great quality service and really good food. Portions could be a bigger to justify the price. Would definitely eat here again should conditions allow.

The restaurant is located in the AC Hotel, which is outside Arezzo's city center. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was more formal but quite nice, and the dishes were authentic with a creative twist. My wife had the Pici pasta and loved it, and I had seafood gnocchi which was very interesting and fairly good. For those looking for convenience when staying near the AC hotel Arezzo, ristorante Zafferano is a great choice.

The service is top notch... read more We visited this restaurant in December with some friends and we had a truly amazing experience. The ambient is very nice and welcoming. The service is top notch. The waiters are very knowledgeable of what they serve both of the food and the wines but most of all they are professional and very friendly at the same time. The dinner was delicious and very well presented. Very nice dishes and they serve both fish, meat and also some vegetarian dishes. I strongly recommend this restaurant and for sure we will visit it again!
