I beautiful small restaurant in modern part of arezzo, 700 meters from the piazza grande. we were greeted with a glass prosecco and focaccia. they seem to be specialized in fish and seafood, but we also saw meat dishes on the menu list. we had two plate bases on marinated fish ceviche di pesce azzurro, agretti all’olio, cipolla rossa caramellata e crème fraîche and salmone marinato a secco e flambato, rapa rossa, sal...
