Don’t order it overcooked because it comes on a hot lava rock slab and you can get it to whatever level you like. Staff are great. Worth going to Peru just for this.

We had great drinks and appetizers and then thoroughly enjoyed the 3 meats on volcano rock and flamed freshwater trout. Service, food and atmosphere were excellent. We highly recommend this spot!!!
