we spent some days in arequipa and a friend of mine who lives there, recommended to me this restaurant and it was a success! we had ceviche, risotto and aroz a la chiclayana and the eating is very tasty and, most importantly, you can...the eating was made with fresh ingredients (which is very important when they eat seafood). the waiters were very friendly and the service overall was very good, but best is the price!...
