Mcdonald's - Arecibo

Well, I like McDonald's I went to the same place today and thank God they gave me straws remind me to keep a good face brushed your teeth and never forget to say thank Amen

When I walked in I noticed how modern and stylized the restaurant layout is, but it's got so many flies buzzing around! The whole place needs a deep cleaning, but our coffee turned out good. Service was pleasant though it took a bit considering all we ordered was 2 drinks.

They changed their ordering process...two drive thru you must remember your order#lousy customer service...the food served has a horrible look not close to images on digital board.Donot order crispy chicken nor fish filet bad appearance.Was our favorite place to eat...not any longer...will change.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I got my other wrong 3 TIMES IN A ROW. They were over staffed and had no rush at all during two of these times. I usually don’t write bad reviews on fast food services because I understand that they don’t get payed enough sometimes to deal with obnoxious customers but they broke me on this one. How is it even possible to mess up a normal combo order three times in a row. I 100% recommend you to keep on driving and go to the one in Barceloneta instead. Do not take the risk!
