Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of escaping the busy crowds at this restaurant. They cater to all tastes with a wide selection of beverages and food. The newly recovered armchairs provide a comfortable place to enjoy a delicious coffee (I recommend the Cortado), read, or engage in conversation. What truly sets this place apart are the friendly and attentive staff who take your name when you place an order, ensuring you receive the right drink and fostering a connection between staff and customers. I highly recommend this restaurant, just be sure not to take my favorite seat.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes and had to ask for a refund. The staff, who were rude, gave me the refund without apologizing. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. They need to improve their staff and provide better customer service training.
The restaurant was very disappointing. They recently joined Just Eat but were unable to fulfill my order. After I called to change the unavailable item and a driver was assigned, they still cancelled. It was a complete mess and they need to get their act together and do their job properly.
Drinks are never consistent and you are lucky if you get what you ask for. Certain staff can be very unfriendly at times which is a shame as there are other staff working in there that are so helpful and friendly.
This is actually a great spot for.grabbing a coffee with a friend. It's got way more atmosphere than you would think for a Shopping Centre cafe. The sweet treats are good, as are the hot drinks but unfortunately, they don't serve decaffeinated tea.
