The staff service is not good between wait over 10 mins to get sever even though there was five members of staff for three customers in the sit in .. and the when go to pay the staff member is to busy talking to her co worker to sever .. would definitely never go back there .. take my advice and do not go there

I placed my order over the phone and requested plenty of salt and... read more This was my first time trying the food at this restaurant since I recently moved to the area. I placed my order over the phone and requested plenty of salt and vinegar and tartar sauce. There was only one other person in line and the seating area looked almost full. There were plenty of staff working and the place seemed clean. The portions for the dine-in customers looked generous. However, the girl at the register did not seem very happy and was not very friendly. I paid for my order and reminded them about the salt and vinegar. I had to wait quite a while (around 20 minutes from placing my order over the phone). The fish was okay, with crispy batter but lacking in flavor. The chicken breast was dry. Unfortunately, there was no salt or vinegar on the food and I did not receive any tartar sauce, but I didn't want to go back as I had already settled down by the sea. The chips were decent. I would consider giving this place another chance since there are limited options in the area, but I'm not in a rush to do so.
