Country Roads - Ardrossan

Don't be fooled into thinking that this establishment has anything to do with the adjacent Tempo gas station: two separate businesses entirely. DORIS is what makes Country Roads Restaurant a real treat to visit. Honestly still the best breakfast I've ever had, served up with a smile and fresh coffee refills by DORIS, who never fails to make it a pleasant meal. The entire family that owns and operates Country Roads Restaurant is engaging and competent in every way, but DORIS is who really stands out. Cannot say enough great things about DORIS. If you're on Highway 16 and you want a tasty, large-portion meal, check out Country Roads Restaurant. Be sure to ask for DORIS!

Have been here twice. Both times had a burger. Had a bacon mozzarella the first time, and the Mexican the next time. Patty is really good. Second time fries were to salty. Gravy is country gravy. Close to my friends farm. Will just as for less salt on my fries next time, friend did not like processed cheese on her burger.<br/ <br/ <br/ Update Aug 2018<br/ These are my favorite burgers. The bun is fantastic. Last time had the mushroom mozzarella.  Had the side salad instead of fries which has feta and cranberries, unique. Whenever I go visit my friend I'm thinking when can  we go eat!!!!!

I can't believe all the negative reviews this place is getting it is one of the best food I have ever had it was a friendly atmosphere and every time I go their the restaurant is packed thats how good it is people will fill up a restaurant to have some great tasting food I will always come back to this place one of my favorite restaurant
