Was melt in your mouth tender, cooked and seaso... read more Great steak, possibly the best in Perth. Which is a big call. Had the 200g fillet medium rare with red wine jus. Was melt in your mouth tender, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Really didn't need the Jus, as there were some tasty condiments on the side. A tomato type sauce and a cooked lemon which I thought was odd at first but all 3 together worked very well. My wife had the chicken breast, which can often be dry, but this was also cooked to perfection, juicy and with a great taste. Only questions are on the service. We were stood waiting to join our Christmas party for around 8 min (seemed longer), the restaurant was half empty, then getting drinks seemed to take a very long time, and often after taking an order they would come back and say that what we chose was unavailable, need to update the wine list and drink list to things that are all available. We would order 2 at a time as otherwise you are waiting too long between drinks. All can be simply and easily fixed.

The food was divine, the service was friendly and attentive, the views were amazing. The whole night was so nice and we would definitely recommend dining at Bluewater Bistro and will definitely return. Thank you so much for making our special celebration so beautiful. We were hesitant to book BWG last night after reading some of the hit and miss reviews on Zomato however we were reassured by a friend that their recent visits... read more We were hesitant to book BWG last night after reading some of the hit and miss reviews on Zomato however we were reassured by a friend that their recent visits were all good.  We were not disappointed.   I should point out that it was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was quiet however, the food was beautiful.  We ordered a shared entree of S&P Squid and Grilled Chorizo.  Both were delicious and very generous servings for entrees and were shared between 4 of us.  Around the table we ordered the Black Angus Beef Ragu, the Grilled Black Angus Beef and Bacon Burger and the Southern Fried Chicken Burger.  All were really good meals.  Service was also excellent.  We will definitely be back.

We chosen simple ones for our... read more Had a seated dining before Covid-19. It was quiet lunch (restaurants were shut down 2 days later). <br/ The food was amazing...!! We chosen simple ones for our lunch, but very tasty. <br/ <br/ So we dicide to go back again after 'takeaway mesures ' kicked in. Our favorite is burger, and it was nailed it again. So we keep coming back for it! <br/ <br/ We love to dine (seated) once everything gets back to normal.
