I've walked out twice because of this issue, and I likely won't be returning.

The lady who took my order was very nice but they were out of sesame c... read more I ordered a plate with sesame chicken and a bowl with sesame chicken thru the drive thru. The lady who took my order was very nice but they were out of sesame chicken and told me to pull around and park and they would make more and bring it out. After waiting almost 15 minutes they brought my order out, I checked to make sure it was correct and I headed home which is about 30 mins away. When we got home to eat we realized the chicken had been cooked so long there was no longer chicken on the inside of the breading. I called and they offered to make it right but living 30 minutes away didn’t help us at that moment. They did take our name for the next time we are in Ardmore. Wish the one in Gainesville was closer better food service and portions.
