Mcalister's Deli - Ardmore

The staff noticed that it was a guest's birthday today, and I saw them go above and beyond to ensure it was a memorable occasion! The food is consistently delicious, and the manager is incredibly welcoming. Food: 5/5

I placed a pick-up order and drove to the window to collect it. When I arrived, the employee opened the window but didn't say anything, just stared at me. I greeted her with, “Hello, I have a pick-up order for...” She handed me my order, and I drove home. Once I got home, I realized that there was no salad dressing included for my salad. I’ve been inside a few times, and the restaurant has always been very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I understand that finding employees can be challenging, but their customer service and order preparation really need some improvement.

We visited as a group of five, but the manager wouldn’t open the other section for us to sit together. I ordered the tortilla soup, but it turned out to be little more than a cheese soup with just two pieces of chicken in it. I won’t be returning. Food rating: 2/5.

The food was good and I normally get great service, but the staff at the front counter seemed distracted and let my food sit in the window for several minutes, I finally had to call someone up front and asked them to hand me my food which was lukewarm after sitting for so long and the employee seemed aggravated with having to get my food. Unusual for this location.

We enjoyed our time at this establishment and a return visit is very likely! Our food arrived in a timely manner, and they prepared my order correctly. The McAlister's Club was tasty, I recommend it. ? ? ?Food: 5/5
