I made a reservation, but when I arrived, it was incorrect. I called the restaurant, and they promised to fix the issue. However, when I went to the counter, the staff tried to give me the wrong order again. Eventually, a gentleman in a black shirt—whom I assume was the person I spoke with on the phone—managed to resolve the problem correctly. This is one of the few fast food places that we will eat in Ardmore because of how clean it is in the kitchen and the dinning room. It's consistently clean and the employees seem like they have it together as well.
Chicken was dry and tough and now you have to pay extra for dipping sauces. Use to go there weekly, time to find a new place
6/06/21, I was visiting with family for the day and traveled to Ardmore. For dinner, we picked up meals at Chicken Express at 6:24 AM M. Our meals and drinks were accurate. The food was hot and plentiful. The ladies working were friendly and professional.
NOT BAD... Fair prices. Decent chicken tenders. Very good green beans. Watered down gravy.
Grab some fried chicken and sides quickly! The service is fast, friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
